The majority of the content for the PSN website is dynamically driven using ASP (Active Server Pages) technology and an Access database. In addition, an extensive content management area allows Club officers and volunteers to update the database using a browser-interface that does not require knowledge of HTML or direct file access.

The version of this site implemented in July 2001, was designed and programmed by Boomtown Webworks. The ASP/VBscript coding was custom-built for use by the PSN.

The PSN website is hosted by Voicenet, which supports ASP/database technology.
