Patrick Stewart is to be Patron at the Royal Shakespeare Company 2008 Gala to help raise funds for the Artists' Development Programs. Gala will be held on October 28, 2008 @ Lawrence Hall in London. Event will include a champagne reception with an opportunity to view examples of the work of RSC's theatrecraft departments, an especially commissioned performance featuring members of the current acting ensembles together with RSC alumni, and a seated dinner followed by a 'money can't buy' auction.
