Patrick Stewart shines as an opera conductor with a crush on Frasier Crane in the Frasier episode The Doctor Is Out which encores on April 2nd, 10 a.m. EST on Lifetime. In this episode, the debonair head of the Seattle Opera Guild, Alistair Burke, mistakenly believes Frasier is gay and starts courting the doctor by buying him expensive gifts and inviting him to high society parties. Frasier is so thrilled by the glamorous, sophisticated life he leads with his new friend that he ignores the warnings of Niles and Daphne who protest that Alistair may see their relationship as more than platonic.
