From icHuddersfield.co.uk: Frances Stott, whose first volume of archive shots of Mirfield has sold 3,000 copies in three years and raised £13,500 for charity, has followed up with a second, called Changing Face Of Mirfield. Launched at the weekend by the Mayor of Mirfield Clr Colin Fretwell, the book has a foreword by another champion of Mirfield, actor Patrick Stewart, who was born in the town. Read more
